We build AI that fits the way you actually work.
With 10+ years in data and operations and hands-on AI implementation leadership at Amazon, we design and build AI that sticks in real workflows.
Why Blueprint Labs Exists
We've watched firsthand as companies show interest in AI but stall when it comes to making it stick in their actual operations.
There's a strategy but no implementation. Tools get purchased but never adopted. There's no partner willing to take responsibility for what happens after deployment, and the initiative dies.
We map out the workflow, define what data can and can't be used, then apply AI in a form the team will actually use and help it stick.
Blueprint Labs was built to fill that gap. Not a consultancy that ends with a strategy report, but a partner that designs for how work actually gets done, locks down security and operational standards, and stays until the team is running it on their own.
Founder-led delivery
The person you meet during the initial conversation is the person who runs the assessment, designs the workflow, and delivers the training. There is no handoff to a junior team after the sale. Every project gets the same level of operational rigor from the same person.
What local means
When we say on-site support, we mean actual implementation, training, and follow-up check-ins within driving distance. No scheduling trips. Fast response.
About the Founder
10+ years working directly with data and operations.
I started my career as a Business Intelligence Engineer and have spent over a decade tackling data and operations problems. I currently serve as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, leading multiple AI implementation projects.
Through that work, I keep learning what actually works inside real organizations, what gets blocked by security and operational issues, and what approach is needed for AI to stick in production. Blueprint Labs is the independent AI implementation partner built on that hands-on experience.
Blueprint Labs is an independent consultancy and is not officially affiliated with Amazon. Expertise shared is based on personal professional experience.
Background
10+ Years as a Business Intelligence Engineer
Data pipelines, operational analytics, reporting automation — I've seen firsthand where data gets stuck in the real world.
Current Role
Amazon Senior Program Manager
Currently leading 5+ AI implementation projects. Learning every day what works and what fails inside a real enterprise environment.

Operating Principles
How we approach this work.
AI should fit the work, not the other way around.
We don't ask your team to adapt to AI. We build workflows that fit your data, your approval chain, and your oversight structure. If a workflow requires your team to change how they work to accommodate the technology, it's the wrong workflow.
Security is defined before implementation begins. We start by separating what data can be used from what can't.
Every project begins with a data classification session. What data is approved for AI use? What's restricted? What's out of scope? These questions get answered in writing before any system is built.
What matters isn't deployment — it's actual usage and adoption.
A workflow that goes live and then quietly stops being used is a failed project, no matter how well it was built. We stay engaged through the adoption period — monitoring usage, addressing friction, refining the workflow — because adoption is the only metric that matters.
Sometimes the right answer is process improvement, not AI. We'll tell you.
During assessment, we sometimes find the highest-value improvement is process redesign, not AI augmentation. When that's true, we say so. We're not here to deploy AI for its own sake — we're here to make your operations more effective.
Who We Work With
Businesses with real operational complexity.
We work best with organizations where operational efficiency matters and where confidentiality is a genuine requirement — not a compliance checkbox.
Suppliers & Manufacturers
Supply chain businesses where documentation, communication, and compliance workflows create daily bottlenecks for operations staff.
Operations & Administrative Leaders
Managers and coordinators whose teams spend meaningful time on repetitive, high-volume tasks that AI can handle with proper oversight.
Reporting-Heavy Teams
Organizations with data but technical bottlenecks blocking access, where decision-makers wait on analysts for operational visibility.
Documentation-Intensive Organizations
Teams managing contracts, compliance records, SOPs, and quality documents where the sheer volume creates ongoing access and review bottlenecks.
Confidentiality-Sensitive Environments
Organizations where "just try the AI tool" is not acceptable because of the nature of the data involved.
Founders & Business Owners
Leaders who understand AI's operational value but want a direct partner who will be honest about what's safe, feasible, and actually delivers return.
Where We Operate
Austin-Taylor corridor. On-site and available.
This region is building something significant. The Samsung fab in Taylor, the supply chain infrastructure forming around it, the operational businesses growing to support it — this is the environment Blueprint Labs was built for.
We are not a remote consultancy. Implementation, training, and on-site support are available without scheduling a trip.
Austin Headquarters
Primary base for strategic consulting, leadership-level assessments, and board presentations.
Taylor Corridor
On-site availability for supplier-side implementations, team training, and floor-level workflow observation.
Get in Touch
Request a Workflow Audit.
The Workflow Audit is a structured, no-obligation assessment. It produces a prioritized use case map, data classification review, and implementation recommendation specific to your operation.
Because every audit is founder-led, we take on a limited number of new engagements each quarter. If the timing isn't right, we'll tell you directly.
